We can help with recipe import, Smart Kitchen, sync, purchases, account access, account deletion, and general app issues.
When emailing support, please include:
- your device model and iOS version
- what you were trying to do
- what happened or what message you saw
- a screenshot, if available
- the recipe link or import type involved, only if you are comfortable sharing it
Please do not send passwords, payment card details, or other sensitive information in support emails.
Account and Data Deletion
If you sign in, you can delete your TinyRecipia account from the Profile screen inside the app. Account deletion removes your account profile and account-linked synced content. Some local app data stored on your device can also be removed inside the app.
Purchases and Subscriptions
TinyRecipia Pro subscriptions are handled through Apple In-App Purchase. Apple manages billing, cancellation, renewals, and refunds through your Apple ID subscription settings.
